Now in its 85th year, the BBC Radio 4 St Martin-in-the-Fields Christmas Appeal has raised another record amount for people in need across the United Kingdom. So far, thanks to the support of thousands of individual donors all over the country and beyond, we've reached the astonishing total of £1.75 million. Thank you!

The money raised is divided equally between The Connection at St Martin’s, which provides vital services to thousands of homeless people every year, and the Vicar’s Relief Fund which makes thousands of crisis grants to people in need across the UK.

In these difficult times, more people than ever are turning to us for help. You can make a difference to the lives of people affected by homelessness by donating to the Appeal today.

We've teamed up with Bmycharity (part of Help for Heroes) to make it easier for our supporters to help to raise money for the Christmas Appeal in even more ways. Whether you want to sing carols, sleep out or do a skydive, you can get your friends and family to sponsor you. And Bmycharity don't charge commission or a monthly subscription fee, so even more of the money raised goes to people in need.
